In the UK we have built over 40 successful franchise relationships. Most of our restaurants are located in the South and South East with a growing number throughout the rest of the country as the popularity of our food grows.
The average total cost of a franchise in the UK is between £170,000-£200,000 and this includes all the materials, equipment, legals, training and marketing.
As part of the process, we will invite you for an interview to assess your suitability. After the interview, we will ask for a deposit which allows us to source prospective locations and carry out all the legal work to secure your restaurant.
Our design and build team will fit out your restaurants to the highest possible specifications and our operations team will provide your staff and management extensive training, readying you for your launch date.
We will ask our international partners to open around three restaurants in their chosen location within a three year period. Thereafter, we will discuss plans for continued growth and expansion in your territory, as well as offering you the opportunity to become a master franchisor.
Our international process differs to our UK franchise model. Initially, we will ask you for a deposit, which allows us to protect our intellectual property in your jurisdiction and provide you exclusive rights to use our trademarks and design. We will then expect you to find an appropriate location and our architects will produce a plan and design. You will then source your own builders who will build the unit according to our designs and specifications, with guidance from our team in the UK.
Our marketing department will then provide all the necessary marketing materials and our training team will provide you training either on-site in your territory or in one of our sites in London.
